Russia-linked Twitter account posted ‘StoptheSteal’ 102 times starting in April 2016

User CathyTo47590555 mentioned “stopthesteal,” at least 102 times between April 12, 2016, and November 17, 2016. The account was part of an information operation designed to target Americans beginning in 2014 at the latest. The Bureau for Investigative Reporting and Data database contains tweets with “stopthesteal” dating back to 2015.
